We charge £99 per LPA document, it's sent to you with full instructions on how to get it signed and how to get it registered correctly.
There is also a charge levied by the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) which is payable only when you register the LPA.
Their charge is £120 but isn't paid to us, it's paid directly to the OPG.
